This represents recognition of the school\u2019s ability to undertake balanced partnership research, for the benefit of companies as well as the academic world.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.carnot-tsn.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">T\u00e9l\u00e9com &amp; Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Num\u00e9rique Carnot Institute<\/a> (fr) received Carnot Institute certification in 2006 and is the first national-scale \u201cScience and Technology of Information and Communication\u201d Carnot Institute.<\/p>\n<p>With over 100 researchers, Telecom SudParis is focused on the technical, economic and social implications of the digital transition, especially around the issues of smart devices, networks and media of the future, uses and services, personal autonomy and health, the environment, and safety.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00e9l\u00e9com &amp; Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Num\u00e9rique Carnot Institute is certified with the Carnot Label, which represents:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Long-term commitment to companies,<\/li>\n<li>Actions and funding to fulfill these commitments,<\/li>\n<li>A network structure based around a certain theme, in our case, digital technology,<\/li>\n<li>Financial support from the ANR, on the basis of effective results and rigorous evaluation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tools supporting members in their actions:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The Carnot Charter<\/strong>: outlining all the values shared by the Carnot Institutes for quality partnership research.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Carnot IP Charter<\/strong>: framing best practices around <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instituts-carnot.eu\/fr\/PI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">intellectual property<\/a>, and knowledge and technology transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>The T\u00e9l\u00e9com &amp; Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Num\u00e9rique Carnot Institute has also implemented specific tools:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.carnot-tsn.fr\/strategie-recherche-innovation-numerique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a one-stop office<\/a>(fr), support for areas of expertise and the 11 component members\u2019 platforms.<\/li>\n<li>12 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carnot-tsn.fr\/plateformes-technologiques\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">platforms<\/a> (fr) that have received particular recognition in the form of certification with a label of excellence, \u201cT\u00e9l\u00e9com &amp; Telecom SudParis can be found at the stand for the T\u00e9l\u00e9com &amp; Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Num\u00e9rique Carnot Institute (Carnot TSN), the first national-level \u201cInformation and Communication Science and Technology\u201d Carnot Institute.<\/p>\n<h3>The rendez-vous Carnot's\u00a0 objective<\/h3>\n<p>The main objective of this event is to support innovation and digital transformation projects for companies<\/p>\n<p>Companies wishing to be supported in their innovation strategy can meet scientific experts from 39 Carnot institutes in a single place.
